With Winter on us again, I must inform you about the procedure for gathering information regarding school closure in the advent of bad weather.

As soon as a decision has to be made to close the school, information will be passed on in the following ways

• Receiving text/voice message from the school via ‘Groupcall.’
• Carmarthenshire County Council Website – ‘School Disruptions.’ 
• School Website. ( www.ysgolrhysprichard.org.uk)
• Radio Carmarthenshire/ Radio Wales.
• Answer phone message on the school phone.

To this end, could all parents please ensure that telephone numbers are updated whenever necessary and are current.
